Ken Built Himself a Gym

Ken and I went down to an auction last week, a gym down SOuth of High Point was out of business. It was really storming when we took off and I guess that this may have kept anyone else from showing up. We had a bit of trouble finding the place actually, because the directions were bad. At any rate there were only about a dozen people there and not one of them seemed very serious about buying stuff, so Ken talked to the owner and made him an offer on the stuff he wanted. Of course he wanted some big squat racks, Ken’s boy is a little monster. He is about 6 foot tall now and only 15 years old, I guess he is probably around 200 pounds and his legs look like they belong on a bull. He is already a star linebacker and tight end on the JV football team.

I Decided to Buy Them an Inversion Table to Keep in Their Bedroom

I have always lived by the notion that there is nothing to expensive for my parents. They raised me so how could I in good conscience give them anything but the best. I decided to buy them an inversion table to keep in their bedroom. Hearing the Conversations About Do Ab Belts Work or Not

I got so tired of walking into my gym and hearing the conversations about do ab belts work or not. I look at it this way if they worked that were would you be doing in a gym working on your abs? If they worked so well it seems like you just slap on a belt and be done with it and you wouldn’t have to go to the gym. But I think some of them used in Abell and they were gone other parts of their body in the gym.

One of my favorite activities as a kid was jumping rope. What is great is that as a kid you don’t even think jumping rope is a workout or hard at all. Just wait til you turn 30 though!   • Repeat intervals – rest for 30 seconds / jump at a fast pace for 1 minute
  • Repeat – 15-20 minutes

What you want to do is jump as fast as you can while you’re jumping rope!

Squats also target the upper leg and buttocks. With your feet shoulder width apart, and your arms at your sides, lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Weights can be added with a bar bell across the top of your back, or by holding dumbbells at your sides.

These are the three best cellulite exercises. When combined with a diet high in lean protein and an aerobic regimen, you should be ready to show off your beach body in no time.
